I am thinking of getting rid of my 67 Toronado.
It really is a very, very nice car. Always gets looks wherever I go. But just bought a fixer upper house, and really don’t have time to work on it anymore. Too many cars.

So the good…

- Original paint
- Original interior
- New tires
- Straight wheels
- Headlights flips up perfectly.
- New waterpump
- New harmonic balancer
- New hoses, belts
- HEI distributor (have the old one). Got used air filter housing from another car to fit over HEI. Still have all the original parts
- New 8 mm wire. Delco plugs gapped to 40
- New starter
- New fan clutch
- New Ball joints
- New shocks
- New exhaust manifold gaskets
- New intake manifold gasket and timing cover gaskets
- Brakes front and back were rebuilt. Using OEM 70’s shoes (NOS)

The bad
- Rust on the paint. Really does need a good paint job. Can be driven like it is, but will really make it pop
- Steering wheel and steering column from 68. The indicators did not work when I got the car, and it was easier replacing column than finding the switch. The switch from the non tilt column is very easy to find. Still have the old steering column.
- Front driver side CV is making noise. Have to be replaced in the future
- Vacuum leaks under dash. Disconnected the AC and all the controls. Plugged those lines up for now. Climate control will have to be worked on.
- Radio does not work. Its there and the previous owner had it rebuilt. Just did not spend time trying to see what is going on there. Same with the antenna.

The very good
- Have spare windshield and back window
- Spare exhaust manifolds
- Spare muffler (brand new)
- Set of NOS brake shoes
- Extra wheel
- The headlights work. I have a spare vacuum actuator too.
- Extra hubcaps
- Workshop manuals

Thinking around $7,000 is a fair price. I am taking a bit of a bath on this one, with all the new stuff I have done, but I just dont have the time for 3 classic cars. I really dont want to go much lower. Then I would just as well keep it, drain all the fluids and maybe get to it one day. But I dont want to be the guy that keeps cars he doesnt work on.

Make it $6000. Anyone?. Car is in decent condition. Have a lot of spare parts as well. Including spare windshield, rear window, dash, exhaust manifolds and new engine short block. At this price I am taking a HUGE loss. But I just don’t have time to work on it. I have too many cars and am trying to get rid of some
