1971 Delta 88-Royale Convertible
1971 Delta 88-Royale Convertible
I have 1971, California, Oldsmobile Delta 88-Royale Convertible, Custom Cruiser, for sale. It has the 455 cu in (7.5 L) Rocket V8, 12-bolt rear, and the 3-speed TH400 automatic transmission (all stock). It also comes with the stock wheels, hub caps, and factory AC that has been bypassed.
Since this is the Royale, it has power EVERYTHING:windows, top, seats and steering (all work and top has a brand new/rebuilt motor). This car is a blast to drive with a new top on it (I have the paperwork to show this as well) all original chrome, bumpers and interior.
I am asking $10k for my Olds. It's in great running shape, as it's been my daily driver for some time now.
I'm in Sacramento, Ca
PM me if interested please

The 1971 Royale was distinguished from the regular line by courtesy lights in the doors, side louver trim, a different grille, and pinstripes.
All of the power features you mention were extra-cost options.
Also, all convertibles were Royales.

Hey, sure, anytime.
I've got a bad memory for internet handles sometimes, but I do recall our conversations (I of course forgot to check back with you, and I should have), and I'm glad you finally got it going.
Did you wind up using my crazy relay setup (which is still working well in my car)?
Sorry to bust your chops, but you sounded a bit salesmanlike in your post, and that always brings out the wiseguy in me.
I'm glad you got it working and good luck with the sale!
