i think the ad is fishy, personally.

 

The car's been repainted, and the grilles are wrong too. The stuff you mentioned bolts on. Only the VIN knows for sure. And frankly, any freshly repainted car from the rust belt screams "danger Will Robinson" to me.

 

I see on Chicago CL today that someone wants to buy it, must be having troubles with contacting the seller!
