Shame all the glass is busted out. That rear bumper core is worth more than he wants for the whole car.

 

the car looks somewhat complete dry, and, straight
i am hoping that someone could use the car, or the parts probably interchange with other cars.

i pulled off in a town near the interstate. i think the name was dinwiddie maybe about 12 years ago.
i had the greatest cheeseburger there... nice people...good food... i just followed the sign off the interstate that said "hey ya'll drop in".

 

Glad you enjoyed it! Dinwiddie is about 100 miles east of here. One of my aunts was born there and ended up here after graduating from Longwood University (Virginia State Teachers College back then) and finding work here as a grade school teacher.

She married my uncle Malcolm and the rest as they say is history. Starting around 1962, they bought a new Ninety Eight every other year and drove it all over the country, and Catherine did most of the driving. They drove those Ninety Eights thru every state except Hawaii, simply because they couldn't drive there and after an Air Force career that had taken them all over Europe Malcolm said he wasn't flying anywhere else.

Bound to be someone who can use some good 63 big car parts. Like I said, that rear bumper is worth more than the opening bid.
