I believe the L-31 option in stock form would provide 365 HP; have engine modifications been performed?

Yes, the L-31 does have 365 hp and he didn't say otherwise. The "400" is the code "OD" TH400 transmission in this case, not 400 hp.

I'd like to see more info and pics as well.

Hard to read the build sheet - can you give a list of the option codes. Some pics of the undercarriage, interior and engine compartment would be good. Do you have the front bumper and grill etc. with the car?
