1972 vista cruiser

This car was built by someone else with the drivetrain and subframe from a 71 Toronado installed in the rear. The body and interior is very clean, the motor and trans were pulled by me to rebuild but have not been put back in. My health is keeping me from getting back to it and I would like to sell it either complete or the car and trans without motor. I would also sell the motor separately. The motor or trans have not been dyno tested and I would advise that being done before installation due to the difficulty level. The pics are from the seller I got it from. The car has been in the garage since I bought it and is un-changed save for the drivetrain is removed and I put a B+M ratchet shifter in it. I bought it for 10,000 and them rebuilt the motor and trans so I would like to get close to what I have into it but am negotiable. $10,000.00.

Interesting, if dialed in probably a very wild ride. You might consider posting some current photos.

I can probobly take some current photos if someone were interested. I'm kind of shocked that no one has interest in a rust free painted body, even if they wanted to put a frame under it and go back to a conventional configuration.

Oh no, my friend…. This vehicle has reached the point of no return at this stage!! The next caretaker of this vehicle needs to be as ingenuitive as original creator! I think that at this point it is an exhibition vehicle designed for entertaining the masses! Stomp and steer!!😄

I still have this Vista but have sold the motor. It is a rust free body even if someone needed the roof for something else, it has 4 clean doors, a clean hood and rear quarters. The front floors are clean as well until the point under the back seat where it was cut out for the motor. The tailgate is just the skin but is clean. It has a nice set of bucket seats and a brand new ratchet shifter. If someone doesn't buy it I will scrap it and sell the bucket seats. It has to get out of my garage. I hate to see the roof and glass go to scrap when I know these are rare items so please don't have me scrap it. $5,000 I'll throw in the rebuilt FWD transmission with the deal.
