It looks like a great deal. Clean and a MT. It appears someone is going to get a deal. The only anomaly I noticed was the Cutlass S hood and the apparent lack of #'s on the trunk lid so check the VIN if you're buying.... (still probably worth it even if it's a Cutlass S)
pretty much.fakebook sucks, but they have alot of old cars on there.and the ads are free.but what pisses me off about it is all the ads for say the restored 67 camaro for 1200 bucks, and it shows 5 different cities.AND no way to flag em like craigslist.so you just have to wade thru the chaff for legitimate sellers.

Yes, a friend was just looking at a 1969 Vista Cruiser on facebook. Until someone else showed him the picture from a different seller, and pointed out problems with the posting. Car lot with lots of cars that just created a profile a month ago. No direct phone number, just leave a message. It looks like the scammers are busy over there!

You absolutely can flag ads on FB, that ability has existed for a long time. Just click on the 3 dots "..." in the upper right corner of the ad, it gives you options.
Long time lurker, long time Olds 442 fan. Far away from this car geographically....waiting to hear from the seller. Considering to offer pay for his time, and a shop time, to get pics underneath and chat with the shop. Long way to get there for me from MA like a little bit more than see to justify 2 days travel and work pto. I'll gladly respect anyone here if in front of me. not in a hurry. Car fits my wants-non original engine and tranny. Tired paint. Driver in theory. Enjoy it, pluck away at mechanical issues, not feel bad about non-original upgrades like disc brake in front maybe EFI down road. Extensive Rust I'd prefer to stay away from if possible....and no bondo queens.
I have been down the pay upfront more now, or pay far more later + time path over the years....With me on the pay later+time side of the see-saw. 69 Mustang. CJ7 w/V8. My boat....Don't want to Bring a trailer myself with a 40K car, needing 20-40K more .
Thanks all for your comments here and other rides and expertise.
