1963 Jetfire 4 Speed For Sale

Not mine.

https://phoenix.craigslist.org/wvl/c...407988546.html

Very rare Olds Jet Fire. 2 dr. Hard top 4 speed. 215 C.U. in. alum. V-8. 4 bbl. The car originally came with a turbo which I have. The car runs great aprox. 2,000 miles on rebuilt engine. Great body and interior. Front disc brakes and new tires. I also have many extra engine and body parts. Serious inquires only.

It needs converted back to turbo but it is not a bad price if it is not full of filler. I am almost sure it is a conversion to 4 speed and not a factory one. Still, good that it is a 4 speed either way! Hope it finds an owner that want to put it back to turbo

I have to quit looking at these things, lol. I keep thinking I need to own ever one of them that pop up. The thing that gets me on this one is that I could convert it back to turbo with a working turbo system and may need very little else done. A 4 speed Jetfire, even if it is a conversion, with a working turbo system will sell really well. With it being that far away someone else will have to do it.

How do you know it's a conversion? Everything I can see looks pretty factory, except the Hurst shifter.

I don't know this car for sure but it is highly unlikely that it is a factory 4 speed. There are only 7 factory 1963 Jetfire known of at this time. I would like to see a picture of the cowl tag actually. If it is already on our list of Jetfire's I would know if it is or not.
