1956 Olds Ninety Eight

1956 Olds Ninety Eight. Has original 4 barrel 324 Olds Rocket motor. Runs great, can drive anywhere. Needs nothing at all. Brakes are all new, rebuilt master cylinder and power booster. Power brakes, power steering, three speed automatic transmission. Everything is in great shape mechanically. Heat and radio do not work, everything else works fine. Aftermarket CD player. Inspected and DE tagged until March 2010. Has 70K miles.

Interior could use some work and the seats should be recovered, but it is fine for a driver. Has some obvious evidence of bondo in the usual places, quarters, etc. But the frame, trunk and floorboards are all solid. Has some small pinholes in the floors, but nothing major and the floor braces are good.

Custom suede paint job, scallops and pinstriping were all done by a professional artist and pinstriper in NJ. Has a very cool early 60's custom vibe to it.

Very reliable, starts right up every time. No problems at all. Can be used as a daily driver.

The wheels in the pictures do not come with the car. Instead I have a nice set of blasted and painted steelies for it.

$5400 firm. No trades. Serious inquiries only.

Cool car with a very specific look. I like the details like the webbing on the tail light lenses. I bet I don't even have to mention that you go over to the HAMB and put it for sale there as well.......
Good luck.

Thanks! Yeah, the guy I got it from is an artist and added a really cool style to this car. He did all the paint and all the little subtle touches like the taillights, etc. It reeks of early 60's kustom, an is very tastefully done and not at all "rat-roddish".

I love the car, I just ran into a bit of a tough time recently, and need money. I did post it on the Hamb and so far have gotten a ton of trade offers, some really nice, but at the moment I need cash.
