To include a close up of that is an odd decision. If you look at the close up of the nose the grille looks beat to shyt. Could be a sign of how rough it was before getting the spray job.

A. Lots of cars from that era were undercoated, especially if they were sold in the north. It's no automatic strike against it in my opinion. On the contrary, it could mean that the car is in better shape than it might otherwise be.
B. Just because the car was sold in the north doesn't mean it spent all it's life there. As an example, the '75 Delta 88 convertible I owned back in the '90s was originally purchased in New Jersey, but by tracing the ownership history backwards, I found that it spent most of its life in Florida, which is where it was when I bought it.
Obviously any car needs to be checked out in person before purchase, and no car that's 45 years old is going to be perfect, but this one looks pretty good, and you don't see these in this condition very often.

The poor guy is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. If he DIDN'T include a photo of the underside, everyone would be accusing him of hiding something. Now that he DOES include a photo from underneath, you're wondering why he did so.
The misaligned exhaust system is an easy fix.
