Selling my 64 F-85 post Hotrod project
Im selling my 64 F-85 Post hotrod project. Really dont want to, but i need the money for my business.
64 Olds F-85 Post coupe. Its half way to a hotrod, or you can put it back to a driver. Good solid car, and comes with a bunch of parts. My plan was a 10 sec street car. You can keep going in that direction or bring it back to stock. Here is what has been done.
Front end completely rebuilt rebuilt (suspension and steering) (new)
Front disc brakes (new)
Front frame cleaned and painted
firewall cleaned and painted
Dual master (new)
External solenoid (new)
Wiring switch panel (new)
Motor mounts mocked up for a 1-1/2" setback
Fuel cell (new)
Battery setup in trunk (new)
AN fuel line from front to back (new)
Battery cable front to back (new)
Fuel cell with sending unit (new)
Quick performance (QP) Ford 9" rear built for 64-67 a bodys Nodular iron center section, strange aluminum front support, aluminum spool, 4.10 gears, 35 spline axles, rear disc brakes ALL NEW
Fiberglass front bumper and fiberglass front fenders (used)
Rear window pulled and channel cleaned and por15 then resealed
It comes with a
Steel hood
Nice core support
Racing bucket seat
New trunk pan kit (7pc)
Lots of trim and hardware
Sandblasted and painted trans cross-member
front passenger floor pan (doesnt need the hole thing. Just a few pin holes)
1/4 lip patch panels (not much rust but have the panels to fix it)
Rear seat (core)
New UMI lower control arms (i gave the adjustable uppers to my Olds lady for her 65)
Overall its a great car for someone. Great start to a hotrod or put it back closer to stock. Around 10k into this car as it sits. Im asking $4200 clear title in hand. NO TRADES CASH ONLY NO Motor No trans I can toss in a set of recover original buckets for an extra $400
Here is the ad on craigslist http://chicago.craigslist.org/wcl/cto/4647181428.html with pics. I have plenty more if you need any.
