Also, not sure where you live, but 75K will not buy any house near me in this market. Heck, even the at the 100K price of the 69 H/O sold at Mecum you will not find a property to buy. Keep in mind a new fully loaded full size truck cost at least 80K plus (if you can get a hold of one due to the chip shortage). How many young kids do you see driving those around with an additional 10-15K of wheel and suspension upgrades?
