I don't remember a Rallye 350 being available with A/C, and that interior looks wrong!
I'd be checking things close, before spending todays dollars!

Rallye 350's did come with A/C and the interior looks correct to me the seats have seat covers on them.

Any Rallye 350 could have had A/C, they are just the 310 HP 350 that could come in any Cutlass, it was common and I have seen quite a few. The door panels look correct and the seats look to have cheap seat covers on them, you can see the edge of the covers in the pics. The air cleaner lid does look incorrect but hard to see detail.

it looks like the ac lines are not correct.
