Nope, it won't keep her happy. No electric seat heaters and it wouldn't fit on "her" side of MY garage. The things I do for world peace.......

Seat heaters can be installed when he recovers the seats. I like mine...
Neat looking project!

The OP was a for sale item. Agree it would be a neat project - for a Buick guy. Q: how long does it take your seat heaters to reach operating temp after you turn them on?

I was thinking he would get it and restore for his wife - looks neat...
Since the Supreme seat covers have about 1/2" thick foam sewn in, it takes about 3 minutes to get warm and about 7-8 to reach full temp. It has two heat levels, too.

I think at $2,500 it is a bargain. Sorry guys, there is nothing wrong with a Buick and this is pretty rare. Go for it. Keeping the wife happy is important. After 45 years of marriage I know something about it.

I don't have 2 heat levels in mine - they are thermostatically controlled to 90° and then they cycle once temp is reached. I was curious because I took my car in for service (seems the seats were 'slow' to warm) and the tech said they reached operating temp in the normal 7-10 minutes. I thought it should take less time. Oh well, it got charged to 'warranty' = happy me. Once they're up and running though, you can't beat them for comfort , especially with a leather interior.

I agree there's nothing wrong with Buick, but I don't know what kind of issues would be involved with parts etc. It is a very nice car for a barn find.
45 years? Holy socks Glenn, you rock. I'm only 1/2 way there and have the scars to prove it!

Also if it needs some floor work. Might be a good time to put in a Buick 350/350. Only takes alittle floor work and few other tricks to get it in. And it fits

Thanks Allan. You are doing great this day and time. We all have scars but I have been very blessed.
