Looks pretty cool. If I had the extra cash and space I might consider it.

What a cool sled. Great price. Perfect candidate for a Travato 496 and a 6 speed. Nice Poncho behind it too.

There's a whole lot of neat stuff in that barn.

Worst thing about this car would be finding parts. I have a couple friends with 61-62 wagons and parts are near nonexistent, especially rear bumper and taillights, which are wagon only.

The big Chevy wagons are the easiest to find parts, but even those can be tough. Bout 20 years ago a junkyard here pulled in a 62 Impala wagon that would have been an EASY restoration. The yard owner had got crusher-happy and I watched him spear that poor wagon right in its gas tank. He probably heard me shriek.

I honestly believe that cat got his rocks off crushing cars. His wife had set aside some good older iron in a special area that was off limits to the crusher. She and the kids went to the beach for four days and when she returned he'd crushed the old iron. She went after him with a tire iron and wouldn't let him in the house for months.
