Nice 1971 Cutlass Convertible
I see this a lot and the only thing I can think of is the guy sitting in the driver's seat puts down the front windows because he can see them, and then forgets the back windows.
When I was a kid I bought a 70 Cutlass Supeme convertible. The old guy selling it had the top down, and the back windows up. He taped a For Sale sign to one of the back windows. I took the car for a ride and he told me not to put the back windows down because he didn't want the tape to come off and get inside the bodywork. Being the young and obedient(gullible?) boy that I was, didn't put either window down, even though there was only one sign. I bought the car and when I got home found out the back windows barely moved, and I surmised the old man didn't want me to know that.
So whoever buys that car needs to check the back windows to make sure they go down.
