Nothing in that list except for the O.A.I. accommodations has anything to do with a W-31. Of course, holes can be cut and the clips for the duct tubes added.

If its clean (prob not if its from Ohio) it would make a nice restorable daily driver for 3-4K.
Prove its one of 106 3677 W31s then it might be worth more. If not its nothing but a ragged out Cutlass.
