Look at the location. No big surprise, at least in my experience. Guys like Jay seems to be are a rare commodity down there. It's worthless if its yours, but if you want it...well that's another story.
But that could just be sour grapes resulting from my profession, it kind of tints everything in my life and skews my whole thought process. assuming there is one![Stick Out Tongue](https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)

today i drove 2 hours to look at a very nice 1972 cutlass with 33K actual miles...it was gold with tan interior...correct and numbers matching 455 which included Ga heads, correct carb and correct W exhaust manifolds..power steering pump was aftermarket including the battery....interior was mint with full length console and sport steering wheel (include tic-toc-tac which was working--well tach anyhow)...also had air conditioning (UB enging code with all factory stickers still present) which was ice cold....no rust anywhere and i could not even spot a repaint...underside was extremely clean which may or may not make 33K actual miles believable but it was one no rust clean cutlass...price..$6800 which i thought was too high so i turned it down...put that into perspective when you think an asnine priced olds is listed on ebay..and that ebay listing is asnine
ps: car had full documentation in glove box from initial purchase in 1972 (protecto-plate etc)
ps: had TH400 tranny which had some funky chrome oil pan on it...looks like and felt like it had shift kit installed is all
ps: car showed up with 2 black guys trailing a white guy...word was the white guy owed the black dudes money and had to unload it or face concrete shoes in the illinois river..(rumor and other worthless BS from the dealer/seller)
