Not a 72 though. Based on the bumpers it is either a 74 or 75? when did they change to square headlights?

Yeah now that you mention it, I think it is a 74. I know the Toronado got square headlights ib 75.

Well, they had parade cars in 74, maybe the guy just got the year wrong. Question, did they have parade cars in 72?

I know they had a few wagons done like the H/O's in 72.

it is definitely a 1974 Delta 88 Indy festival car, one of the cars built to support the 1974 Indy 500 when the 1974 Hurst/Olds paced the race.
