For one it's not a '69.

 

Hood, grilles indicate a '70, roof indicates a '70 or '71 Supreme, front bumper is 71-72, rear bumper is 71-72...has '72 tail lights, VIN will tell for sure, and as posted above, NOT a '69.

 

Wonder if the title states 'conglomeration'!!

 

Interior fake wood trim indicates its a '70. I guess he got a good deal on the bumpers & figured he's jam then on. Side trim is '70-'71.

 

First of all, the Cutlass supreme hardtop was not built on the notchback platform in 1968 and 1969, it was built on the fastback platform. The fastback would have to be 1970 to 1972. it is hard to say what he has, but as stated earlier, it looks to be mostly 1970 sheet metal and interior.

 

Same rims as on my "87 Cutlass....
