Good luck on the sale. Four-door sedans don't command much respect in the collector car world. Low mileage or not, $17,000 is a huge price. If you get an offer for half that, take the money and run!

 

As one reference, Collector Car Market Review puts the value of one of these in #2 condition at about $6,700.

Thanks for the opinion but I'm holding strong. It's a great car with huge sentimental value to me. I disagree, I think the low miles are a huge selling point and to the right buyer!

In my experience, that won't happen
I had a rustfree '68 98 Luxury Sedan with a blown 455, so I put a fresh rebuilt 400 in it to make it drive. Advertised for $1000, the price of the PARTS to rebuild the 400... and got not 1 call ever. Drove the car for a while then it died of a collision. Right after I broke down and spent the $180 for a new center link to cure its wobbly steering.

people will not pay you for your sentimental value, sadly.
Enjoy your car, until someone comes along that really likes it.
