It is not mine but I found this while searching and thought I'd post it here for anyone interested. I remember this car starting out at $6k a couple years ago, then 4,000, then 3,000. Now it's down to 1,000. It just needs an alternator and the ac compressor- not a major deal. If I didn't already have enough I definitely would. Wow. Probably a good thing it's a day's drive away from me. If it looks as good as the pictures that would be a neat daily driver. Thought at first it might have been an ES2800 but don't see the emblems.

I don't think 2.8's had the issues in these cars they did in the bigger cars.

 

That does look nice, especially with the stick shift. Didn't the 2.8s have intake manifold problems like the 3.1 & 3.4s ?

 

It's a brougham, and no it's not like the 3100/3400's that have the plastic manifold gaskets. This is the first generation iron head 2.8 with a 2barrel carb.
