Looks like a mess, but if it is real, it would be worth investigating. He says the motor is original numbers matching. H heads, w intake.
That would be enough to sell for good money..
I know there's some guys from Orland park, il on this board.
Show up with cash.. this guy will sell.

Hmm.
If anyone inquires about it, ask if it came out of western PA. If it's the same car, it resided near Washington, PA (Scenery Hill, specifically) as recently as the late 90s, and it was painted in the same color scheme at the time. I remember being annoyed at its appearance, so I'll bet it had the too-high stance, decklid stripes and wing at that time.
It was Matador Red/white and broken down along U.S. Rt. 40 when I first saw it in the early '90s. I left a note and met the owners that summer. They had owned it since the mid-1970s and had redone it a few times to their tastes. I haven't see it in over a decade since I quit going to local car cruises.

A friend went to look at this car a couple months ago because it was supposedly for sale... but then it was termed "not for sale" when he was there and the owner wouldn't show him the car. Sounded like no paperwork either. Odd situation.

The photos are poor quality but it appears to have an in correct shifter. Also the brake pedal is low like a power brake car, which were not available on 4 speed cars.
I will check my list when I return home next week and see if I have info on this car.
