69 442

69 442 non matching numbers with new 455,center consol, automatic tranny, peg leg rear end [open axle]SS II wheels Stripped to bare metal, all rust removed, now in primer, new front end steering, shocks etc. Tranny reworked, rechromed bumpers, Hurst dual gate shifter.
I was building this one to be my daily driver of my real 69 H/O but my brother inlaw sold his body shop before finishing it. It was origionally a 69 blue vinyl top car but it can now be a blue 442 or a nice 69 H/O clone. Have all the parts/pieces for either one. Needs paint, interior and assembly.Has 69 H/O spoiler and hood scoops

I have 22k in receipts but "she who must be obeyed" says, 8-69 442s is "over the top" get rid of some of them. Although, I don't agree with her assesment of "over the top" ..................I gotta let some go. This one is done right and I am asking 18k OBO

Will somebody make me an offer?
"She who must be obeyed" won't let me look at another car until this one is gone.

It really was done right, new everything.

If I was in your league I'd be all over it. I'm still on the bottom rung (working with junk) though. I know a couple of people who might be interested. Can you post some pics? No promises, these are friends of friends. I will pass the info along and see if any one has the money.

Pics?

Well the rechromed bumpers are in one garage along with a good many new parts

The car itself looks exactly like a primed 69 442 with no bumpers and no chrome but the body is laser straight. It needs to be blocked and painted.
