Not mine, but seems nice for the price.

I'm kind of guessing the detonation problem may be a slipped balancer, or running low octane fuel in it. Could be an easy fix.

It is an excellent project car. I dont know why but I've loved 66-67 Toros and i got the opportunity to buy this one a year ago. Unfortunately I have to sell it due to my medical disability. I need this car gone by Thursday. $1500 is the lowest I can go. I paid $2200 for it plus the parts I invested.
I am a technician, I am not (completely) an idiot. Since the car is at my work, i fiddled with the car between jobs or on my lunch break. Im sure i installed the HEI distributor a tooth off. But then I had a medical emergency and now on disability and have not touched the car since.
Im in a cluster f&@$ of money woes and seriously need the car gone.
