Look at his Facebook page. He flips a lot of cars and higher priced ones too. I was thinking that IF this 442 was worth more, he would be asking more. Just my two cents.

The price looks reasonable to me. Not a great color combination. No pics of interior or under the hood. I don't do Fakebook, so maybe I am missing things.
