64 F-85 "post" Granny car

I made a tough decision to offer my 64 post "granny car" for sale. I'm struggling with the space factor (home owners association on me), time line-I have two other cars (one 67-442 resto-mod) that need attention and finishing. No doubt this car needs restoration. I want to sell the 64 post and all the extra parts as a package to give someone a great start money and parts wise. This is a 915 trim code bare bones “Granny car” NO FACTORY P/S, P/B/ A/C/ Vinyl floor, 330-V-8 runs great no leaks, noise, 2-speed auto trans shifts fine. Here’s what goes along with the car: The 400E and the 200R-4 were part of my plans:

A great running stock 67-400E –minus starter, distributor, carb
A rebuildable 200-R4 trans.

New floors and one floor brace-needs to be installed
New Rear inner fender wheels-installed
New trunk pans, body braces, gas tank braces-needs to be installed
New KYB shocks-installed
New In-Line tube brake lines-installed to the front
New rear upper control arm bushings-installed
New gas tank, straps-needs to be installed
New 8MM plug wires installed
New points-cap installed
New rear brakes, springs, bleeders-installed
New battery and cables
New 2 brand new 235-70x15 tires

Original two barrel rebuilt
Original 64 radiator completely rebuilt-$$$
One left front fender in excellent condition
4-restored GM 15x7 Steelies
4-almost perfect 64 dog dish hub caps
Original Jetfire air cleaner-restored
Rebuilt alternator and brackets

Still has the T-3 headlights, factory markings under the hood, the plastic dash (not padded) has no cracks, glass and the trim pieces are great. $ 3,495.00 Please call for further information. Rob 214-912-6336.frontseat.jpgtrunk.jpgaircleaner.jpg

Sorry to hear you have to give it up, but it should make a great project for someone. For those not familiar with your telephone area code would you post your city and state? John

I know I saw a post either on this site or the 64-65 site where someone is looking for a 1965 version of your car. You might try to find that post and see if he'll take a 1964 instead. John
