Rust free. Accident free. Garage kept. Rarely driven since I purchased it 6 years ago. All sales documents including original window sticker. All service records and complete set of service manuals. A few minor issues - needs ABS sensor and power top motor slow going up. A few minor cracks on driver's seat. Otherwise in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. $5,500, located in Albany, NY.
The mileage is 107,079, I should have put it in the post.
Some work performed includes removing the upper intake and cleaning the carbon buildup from the intake and EGR system and passages and replacement of the coil packs, ignition module PCM and plugs and wires. Brakes and tires have also been replaced. The windshield was also replaced because of wiper blade scratches.
Hope this info helps.
Does it have the 3.1 or 3.4 liter engine? Price seems fair. I bought my wife a 95 in the same color combo last November. I paid a good bit more for it but it only had 26,000 miles oin it and it was local. These are really fun cars. One of the things that is interesting on the 95 is the gas gage. The 95 had a totally new dash and the gas gauge is backwards. By that I mean full is on the left and empty is on the right. Strange. Good luch with your sale.

Looks like "DOHC" badge on the fender, which means 3.4, right?
This one looks to be the 3.4, 200hp. It's also got the trunk lip spoiler with the devil tail lights that came with the 3.4L package. A good price for this car, you can pick up a new convertible top motor for about $350, the ABS Sensor is still available.

It is funny to me about the amount of convertibles that come up for sale in this body style. Seems like more convertibles than hardtops. Just an observation. Good luck with the sale. I loved mine (hardtop) until it shelled the motor out of nowhere. Great car for someone for sure. They handle great. Run great. Etc etc. Unique cars really.
These are actually conversion kits from the coupes, I've heard it was too costly to cut out the B-Pillar support due to the (problematic and pain in the a**) door handle mechanism being lodged within it. These supports are not rollbars and it was ridiculous hearing a dealer tell someone it was. I remember correcting a salesman on this more than once. If this car flips those basket handles will crush like a cheap camera, probably causing more potential harm than if they weren't there. I promised my wife I would never flip mine over if she would be ok with me getting the one I just bought.
However, I do have to think they must contribute some stability to the car's ride. IMHO, they ride better than the Chrysler Sebring Convertibles of the late 90's early 2000's, less shimmy.
