Have way too many oldsmobile projects going on now and had to move the other cars to another location. One of the Olds I am selling is a 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. This car is baby blue in color and is a two-door coupe. This car would make a very nice fix-up car for a daily driver. This is what I know about the car just took posession of it about a week ago. This car is powered by a 260v-8 which is knocking, with a three automatic trany. I believe its a lifter knock, only knocks when you give it gas. Mileage is not important becuase more than likely who ever buys it will pull the motor for a 350 or a 307. Body has around 140k maybe a little less, will have to check. This is not a power option car, everything is manual. Like I said this car needs some work but it moves on its own power so that is a very good thing ( since I see crazy prices on cars on here and ebay that is nothing more than a shell.) Interior is there but needs to be cleaned. headliner need to be replaced. Interior is the same color as the outside(babyblue or sky blue call it which ever you like.) All glass in good and intact, dash pad has cracks, Instrument cluster is all there, this is a column car, not a floor shifter. Exterior of car looks to be in very good shape no rust at all, just needs a repaint. This car has a cloth top, but its not a half-top, its narrow strip, its there but worn out. Only thing I see that this car needs is the inside door handles, have to roll the windows down to open the doors. Like I said this car needs a little work but not at much work as some you see on here and ebay. I am not new to this word of cars, and do know what cars are going for. This car is loacted in Tennessee, reason I am selling this is that my parents had some out of pocket expenses and would like to help them out. I am asking $1000.00 O.B.O. on this car. Before you quit reading this and say Im crazy this is what I came up with, dont know about the rest of the U.S. but in Tennessee where I live anyways I can crush this car and recieve $250. And that after you part out the car for everything else. n.a.d.a prices these vehicles high market value around 5k, and low around 1k. (check for yourself)Before you give up on me think of it this way would you rather give your money to someone that has more than they can count , or give it to somebody that wants to help out his parents. Also have some other olds that may be avaliable, dont worry folks NO 25K TO 40K olds prices here lol.
