Wow, can’t say I’ve seen a seat pattern like that in a Cutlass. It reminds me of the Chrysler TandCs plaids from the 50s. Very cool car.

Chrysler Cordobas came with a funky 70s interior option, too.

Chrysler Cordobas came with fine Corinthian leather.

Has the car been repainted? Any mods?

It's called Osborne Plaid. I had a blue one in 77 with the same pattern. The seats have gotten a good deal of attention at Olds Shows. I tell folks I had pants like that in '76!

Cat back duals just to better hear the V-8. Some lower door and body panel restoration. When I bought the car it had a small amount of surface rust in those areas. I had a body shop resurface and paint those areas. It was surface only. The brake booster was restored by brakebooster.com. Radiator has been re-cored. Brake pads on the front. Other than that, just fluid changes.

A guy in southwest Virginia has had a cars wanted ad in JWO for several months. I don't have his info handy but I'll try to remember to send it to you.

My rather conservative parents bought a new 1976 S sedan with the Osborne plaid seats. White car, mahogany maroon VT and interior. When I saw the plaid seats I said "plaid seats, Mama?" She shot right back "you don't like my plaid seats? Then you don't have to drive my new Oldsmobile!"

Mama, I like your plaid seats just fine...☺️

Came to find out when she was a teenager in the 1940s wool plaid skirts and jackets were high style for high-schoolers.

My 76 Cutlass S has the same interior, but not that nice! I'm hoping I can find that upholstery pattern somewhere.

Corinthian Leather was not standard on 'dobas.
I had a 75, with a floral pattern material on the seats. My brother hat a triple white 76, buckets console leather,, gorgeous. 20 k miles this was in the mid 90's. Only the rug & dash where black. He let it sit and it rotted to **** quickly. I wanted to kill him.
That Cutlass is gorgeous by the way.
