Looks like a great car, and a great price. Buy it, drive it and have nothing to worry about. I want the headrests!!!

Very tastefully done - it looks fantastic. BTW according to that axle code it's a 2.73:1 open differential. This car was built within 15 days of mine at the same plant.

Does it also have the window sticker, protecto plate and owners manuals?

Thanks.

That means they are related : ) You are correct about the SA Code being 2.73 gear ratio. It is also designated on the line sheet in Box 46, code 5 as G93.

For 1972 the "O" is Oldsmobile and the next three digits are a numerical date code.

Yes we have the original owners manual and the original P-O-P.

No window sticker.

Wow! You are selling the car I am building. I wish this had come up before I got so deep into my project. You could have saved me a lot of time. One question though. Is this an original paint color? I am using a red that appears very close to the red on your car. The only original red I found was Matador Red and that appeared a little darker than this? I am using a (gulp) Mopar E5 Rally Red that I have used before. Good luck on your sale and I hope mine comes out looking half as good. By the way prospective buyers thinking they can build one cheaper than this No Way!

It looks like it could be Matador Red to me. All the white really brightens the car up a bunch. Here is a '71 that I had a while back and it looks very similar.

I'm going to contact the original owner and see what she has to say.

I'm certainly not trying to hijack Stefano's thread here, but if bench seat head rests are needed, I have a spare pair.

The winning bidder flew in the next day, which is very rare that someone on / from eBay does what they say they are going to do : )

Spent some time on a test drive with him and his wife. He inspected the car on a lift in our work bay and we finalized the deal.

We now have another W-Machine Enthusiast amung us.
