Odometer says 61,169, but it's rolled over once.
I had a heart attack in December and haven't been able to work. Now I have to move and, thus, have lost my storage. Asking $4,000 but no reasonable offers will be refused. The car must be sold by 1/31/2024.
I really just want the car to go to a good home . . . but I also need the money :-)
The Good:
It's got 'good bones'; meaning that it's straight with no rust (other than what you see on the hood) and all the trim is intact.
Comes with a new-in-the-box molded carpet kit (black) with factory loop blend and heal pad; carpet underlayment with heat shield; new convertible top, and a spare convertible top frame. It also comes with a set of used headers.
It's a factory 4-barrel car, but it has a fairly new Edelbrock carb, aircleaner, and valve covers. These bring $28k to $35K restored.
The Bad:
The car ran when parked, but it has been sitting in the state shown in the photos for five years. It really needs a complete restoration, which is what I was planning to do with it.
The Ugly:
The paint. The upholstery. The tires were a couple of years old when I parked it. The fronts hold air, the rears do not.
