This is exactly what the guy said that bought my friend's 70 convertible. Ended up advertised in Florida a week or two later for $10,000 more than he paid. We never would have sold it knowing it was going to a flipper.

Yes, it's a shame about your friends 70 convertible. That was a nice car and I should have made a move to get it.

Reason I ask, is concerns having it transported in an open carrier, want to be sure its weather tight. Its a long way.
