Has rust in roof and a piller

Not a show car at this price. Needs some work. Typical 50 year old GM wear on seats. Good headliner. Car is well worth restoring. I see them online up to $40,000. First $4900 gets it.

Standard 70 Toronado would be a 375HP, 510TQ as stated. It's not a GT
