Thanks for the good deal Scott. No problem at the DMV getting title and plates. Told the lady at the counter that Connecticut didn't issue titles for 81 and older. She said "not that I don't trust you" and gets out this 2 inch thick book and looks up Ct requirements. She made copies of your paperwork and took my money. The gas gauge appears to be working now. Maybe it just needed to get bumped around on Illinois roads.
