What's the "two extra parts" the two rims on the front seat?

 

Too bad it wasn't kept nice. But I'm sure back in the day it was considered just old junk. Sure would be neat to restore, but Ill bet would be hugely expensive. Kina looks like the old Scenic Cruiser Greyhound busses. Wow how cool, A Olds Scenic-Cruiser!!

 

That appears to be an AQC Jetway 707.

From the front clip, the stretched limousine seems to had been a 1969 Toronado.

 

Not the first one I've seen on here. Would be pretty cool to own and restore
