Ad says 1972 but it has a 70 rear bumper and hood.
Not sure it is worth restoring but plenty of parts.

It also has 1970 interior trim. Possibly just a mistake listing it by the owner. The massive holes in the drivers floor pan suggests what else to expect when the rest of the carpet is removed and the trunk is checked. No pics under the car, so the frame could also be in the same rusty condition.
