1968 Cutlass Convertible - $6000
Up for sale is my 1968 Cutlass S Convertible. I am the 2nd owner of the car and I've actually owned it for less then a year. The only reason I'm selling it is because I want to buy another Cutlass that fits me more. This is a great project for someone looking to restore a very original car. Below is more information about the Cutlass. I will try to do my best to describe it. If you have any questions or picture / video request, please do not hesitate to email me at joffroi<at>oldsmobilecentral.com or give me a call. I am an honest seller and you can look at my ebay username for reference.
VIN#: 336678M262370
Its a great car and runs great.
The 1968 Cutlass S Convertible
2 Owner Car (Barely - I have owned it for less then a year. I have a copy of the original title showing the original purchase)
Original numbers matching 350 Engine (Rebuilt by previous owner, but no proof of receipts)
3 Speed automatic transmission
Power Steering
No Power Brakes (Original Drums around)
Break Lines have been replaced
American Racing Rims (15" in the back and 14" in the front)
New Magnaflow 2.5" X exhaust
Power top that works great
All lights work.
Clock Works (except when then lights are on)
Tick Toc Tack works
Speedometer works
Gas gauge does not work consistently
Top works great!
Clean interior
I installed triple gauges, but did not screw them into the dash yet
New Alternator
New Starter
Heater line is not connected.
442 Grill
Locks currently not installed the door (was removing pieces to prep for paint)
Since this is a project, some pieces are obviously not in great shape. With that being said, the current condition makes it a very strong project. Please email me if you want close up of specific areas of the car. I have a the front left light trim piece not on the car, it is just not installed.
The original color was Nocturne Blue, but this car has been repainted red. It will need to be repainted again with some body work. Car is solid. The hood, trunk, and windows will need alignment work.
As I mentioned, this is a great project car for a original Cutlass Convertible fan. If you would like more pictures, just let me know. If you would like to come see it, please email or call me to schedule a time to check it out. Please note I will not take it out if there is snow/salt on the roads.
If you purchase this car, you can also have various extra 68 parts I have.
I am not interested in trades. I'm looking to sell for $6,000.
