Nice looking car about 40 minutes up the road from me.
I think it's "rare" because it's got the Protecto Plate and may have the original motor or at least one head if the numbers match. As far as the "E" code block goes, it's supposed to be in it. Now if I only had some extra dough.

 

Real nice! What color do they call that? Is it the pewter?
