Being a 67 nut as I am looked over the ad well. Very cool post car with red 2 tone interior 3 speed stick I believe originally. Needs it all, has rot. If you want a major project fine, those days are done for me. It used to be relatively cheap to bring these cars back from the dead (doing everything yourself) to a nice looking driver condition but those days are gone.
Let me add he says no title just a bill of sale. In NJ this is not acceptable for titling. One would need a registration which in their eyes proves the person you got the car from actually owned the car providing it came from a "no title" State.

I agree Joe, Getting expensive even doing the work yourself. Easy to get upside down especially on a car like this, shame that it was neglected so long, it’s a gonner. Appears to be a 3 speed by the tag, you can kind of make it out. I like the red wells 🤷♂️.

In Maine, All vehicle 25 years or newer are required to have a title anything older than 25 years are title exempt. It may be a bit of a problem but I think it can be overcome.
