1966 Olds 442 Tri-Carb 4-speed post coupe

1966 Olds 442 post coupe - Original 400 (360 HP) block and B heads, 4-speed with Rare L-69 Tri-Carb option. 2,129 cars equipped with this dealer installed option. (not documented but correct and date coded) Everything New, rebuilt or refurbished, Frame Off restored. Original Autumn bronze car repainted with spectacular House of Colors paint. Motor rebuilt to factory specs. M-21 Muncie 4 speed, 355 geared posi-traction rear. All new interior redone with correct X pattern post coupe interior. Body is super clean and straight with exceptionally nice body lines and panel gaps. Body tag has V-code which shows a 1966 Olds cutlass came with 442 trim. Detailed engine compartment and undercarriage with correct tags. You wont find a nicer 66 442 anywhere, turns heads and wins awards. Runs like a raped ape and shifts smoothly. If you want the best quality, this is it. $39,500 (much more into restoration) Questions call Ray at 774-226-3268

Did you frequent the Foxboro show with this car?
If it's the same car it's even more gorgeous up close. GL

I've seen all of Ray's cars and they are extremely nice, with nice straight bodies and great paint. This is a really nice car if you are looking..........

2129 cars had the L69 factory (not dealer) installed option, which was available beginning December 1965. The cowl tag will show in group 2 letter L for floor shift 4 speed, or B for floor shift 3 speed. One of those letters must appear on a Lansing built car/tag because L69 was only available with those transmissions. Of course, the build date must be December 1965 or later to have L69. The Tri-Carb conversion package was dealer available as well, part number 397615.
