Not mine... Seems like a fair price.

Wow. If it as good in person as in the photos and description, it is a great deal, especially for this year and model.

Car looks nice, but it reminds me of what a friend once said alluding to the body work on my old 65 Starfire vert: "thank God its painted white". Once can hope it looks as nice in person a in the pics.

I'll say one thing; this shot of one of the bolt-on caps suggests they're in a lot nicer shape than most I've seen:

I believe this car was for sale and subsequently sold on e-bay a year or so ago. I spoke to the owner at that time who intimated that the pot metal mouldings were not removed during the repaint due to the possibility that the studs would break. He also said the rear bumper was mega crusty. Still, sport wheels, working a/c

Man that is a pretty interior. Love those old red Starfire interiors and this one looks nice.

Amen, to that. Red and white are the prettiest. Every time I used to see one with a black interior, I always wondered about the person who initially bought it

If it's really as good as it looks and the engine is genuine, it could only increase in value, despite adjustments for inflation.
If he really intends on selling it, he should really do something anbout those stickers he's got glued to the dash, though

'65 Starfire

I bought this car for my wife last year. It is a good running car. The paint is not stellar, but it's shiny and gets compliments. Power windows, ac, power trunk all work. Not a show car but a fun cruiser. Those are not stickers but magnets. We need to sell this car because of I'm no longer able to work. If anyone is interested please contact me.

I'd be interested. However, it's only a matter of rustling up the cash and getting it to Germany. I could sell it to some Swede or Swiss for a profit. Therefore, get hold of working capital, right quick. But, I know that once I get my hands on it, one would have to pry my fingers from it and once I get into that car, I'm not wanting to get back out of it
