searchtempest.com . It's a little cumbersome but lists everything craigslist has. Or I'll take a lot of time and seach the site itself one section at a time, or the sections I'm interested in.

You can also use Google work just a little tweak to how you search. For example type in your search
1965 Cutlass convertible site:craigslist.org/cto
That will search all of the Craigslist in the country. The /cto limits it to cars and trucks by owner.
Be sure not to leave any spaces between the colon and the Craigslist.
Give it a try.
