It doesn't look too bad at all externally. Chrome is straight and all there, and the bumpers are not rusty.
but the interior looks heavily mildewed. You would probably need a hazmat team in full regalia to go in and fumigate the car to make it habitable.
Unless that's just dust, but I don't think that's just dust on the armrest.
The seller says "it has been sitting for years." It definitely looks it. But it looks well worth saving if the undercarriage is as decent as the topside.
