I HAVE ONE OF 3,187 63 OLDS F85 CONVERTIBLES PRODUCED, I BROUGHT THIS CAR HERE FROM SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO WHERE I LIVED FOR 30 YEARS, THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OWNED A RANCH AND NEVER DROVE IT OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY IT HAS ABOUT 68,000 MILES ON IT, IT HAS A 215 ALL ALUMINUM BLOCK V8, 4 BBL, 4 SPEED SAGINAW TRANNY, CONVERTIBLE TOP IS MANUAL DUE TO SOMEONE DURING ITS LIFE TAKING THE POWER PUMP OUT, THE TOP IS BRAND NEW, WE ALSO FRESHENED UP THE ORIGINAL WHITE PAINT, AND REDID THE BRAKES TO INCLUDE THE MASTER CYLINDER, OTHER THEN THAT SHE IS IN HER ORIGINAL STATE

Sorry, no it isn't. Note the valve covers. That's a Buick version of the 215, not the Olds version the car was born with. The motor (and whatever else went with it) has been replaced. Far from "original state".
