1960 Olds 88

I think this is the perfect candidate for a full restoration. This car is not missing anything at all. Most all of the trim is near perfect, and rust is hardly a issue at all. 3500.00 SOLD

Another high point of interest is the 65 442 and 65 f85 in the background of the 2nd pic.

I saw this car today in person. For someone who likes these cars and wants to buy one to restore to concours condition, it does not get any better than this. All the little stuff is there. Under the hood, all the clamps/connectors/wiring, the stuff that is always hacked up is there and complete. Still has the original heater valve, horns, blower motor, battery tray, carb, air cleaner, etc... This car, just looking it over, gave me a new appreciation for these land yachts. Very cool.

Good eye Henry. Those 65's where mine, but I have sold all of my 65 stuff. I decided I will buy a good driver at some point, as I know I will never restore one.

Nice '60 Eighty Eight, especially being a Super 88 with air conditioning. One of my brother's had one in high school, though "just" a Dynamic 88. A fantastic car, both styling and functionality wise.

People that bought those cars new were driving to the future, not looking back!

In 1966 federal laws made a left hand outside rear view mirror mandatory for all new cars.
