I'm selling my 1959 Olds 88 that is in good condition. Interior is almost flawless. Still needs paint and very little body work but no rust. One large dent behind left rear wheel but is repairable. Engine needs rebuild and transmission is there but don't know condition. Asking $3000 Obo. Front end is disassembled but all there. No title. Some pics are when I rescued it from the building ti sat in for 20+ years.

Why not? Can you get one? Your car will be infinitely easier to sell if you have a title. Otherwise, depending on the state in which a potential buyer lives, it can be very difficult and in some cases impossible to get a title as there is no guarantee that the seller (you) actually had the legal right to sell the car as there is no proof the car is actually yours.
