1954 Super 88 Holiday 2 Dr.

Bought this car in 1955 as a dealer demo. Last ran in 1981. It's been covered and under a carport. 348 engine that was balanced, heads ported and polished. Custom body work includes: hooded headlights and taillights, and push-button doors and trunk. Located in Modesto, CA. Please e-mail Eric at: freedfamily@mac.com. Price will need to be negotiated with my uncle, the car's owner. Thanks.

Good luck with the sell. I would love to have that car and bring it back to its glory. Just not realistic right now.

Welcome to the site Eric! Yes, I hope your able to find someone with the spare cash to put that car back on the road. Would you check the engine referece? Chebby used a 348 and my 1954 came with a 324, so I'm wondering if it should be a 324 or 371 for that vintage. John

It is probably a 324 which is what came in the car. Of course it could have been swapped for the later 371.

My uncle says it's a 324 that was bored out to the 348. Hope this helps.

Not really. Looking for an opening offer, and then go from there.

just google HAMB

If you do post it there a price is required. IMO its the best place on the net to sell your car.

Its going to be a hard car to price. I would start around 6K and see what happens. The more history , pictures and documentation the better with that crowd. Any magazine history? That would help too.
