Sold

The 1955 is sold. I put it out at my Cousins repair garage last night and some one gave him a deposit today.

1955

The guy that bought my 1955 got the car running already. I had the car a year and a half and never even tried. "Too busy with other stuff" From what I was told the car sat for 27 years.

My 1954 4 dr 88 is still for sale. Some one please make a reasonable offer, the car is too good to scrap and I can't keep it where it is parked for very long. I do not have a camera or a fancy cell phone, I will try to get some one to take pictures for me.

Unhappy Poor thing

The poor thing is probably gonna' get scrapped. I actually paid money for it. I advertised on 4 lists and locally. Not one offer or even an inquiry. I have six other cars, I just don't have the money to invest in restoring it right now and no where to keep it.

The value of parts on the car may actually be more than the value of the car.

I'm in agreement here, if you can't sell it whole would you have the time/space to pull parts from it first then scrap what's left? There's not much of this vintage being reproduced so unless its a total rust bucket you might find good demand for parts. Just a thought to consider.

$old!

I sold the 1954 tonight at 8:30 pm. I didn't get what I wanted but I believe it went to a good home. The new owner had 1954 Buick he worked on with his dad before he passed away.
