1951 Deluxe 98 Sedan
FOR SALE 1951 Oldsmobile Deluxe Sedan, 303 Rocket with HydoMatic Transmission
This Olds is a great candidate for Restoration, Customizing, or Hot Rodding. It starts easy and runs good. No smoke, leaks, knocks, or overheating. Fresh expert rebuilt 12V Starter and fresh rebuilt fuel pump have been installed. Fuel tank has been Ready stripped and coated inside and out. Fuel line has been flushed out and tested. Brakes are good w/solid pedal. Transmission seems OK, but have only been around the block a couple of times. The Carb/Trans linkage needs to be set up and adjusted better. Have a expert rebuilt WGD Carter Carb not yet installed plus a new rebuilding kit for the same. Body is fair with minor surface rust except the rocker panels which have some rust through spots. Some trim is missing. Frame and floors are solid and it appears that the car was undercoated and has been stored in a garage most of its life. Interior and wiring need to be redone, however, everything seems to be there and working. There is NO Air Conditioning or power anything on this Olds.
